An Introduction to Shamanic Journeying

2 day in-person workshop

When: Saturday March 14th - Sunday March 15th 2026

2-4pm each day

Where: The Soul Space, Mona Vale, Sydney

For thousands of years people have used shamanic journeying to receive advice, guidance and healing from compassionate helping spirits. It is the oldest spiritual practice known to mankind and it is just as relevant today as it has always been.

Shamanic journeying can be used to seek clarity and advice around work, life and relationships. It can help deepen our connection to nature, to our helping spirits, and ultimately deepen our connection with ourselves.

In this workshop you will learn to journey to the unseen world. We will journey to the upper, middle and lower worlds, connect with our power animals, and start developing a relationship with compassionate and loving helping spirits.

We will also learn simple yet powerful shamanic healing methods, and practice bringing forward healing and guidance on behalf of others.

This is a beginner level workshop and no prior experience is needed. It is an experiential workshop which will teach you the basics, and give you the foundations to continue your own shamanic practices.
